- Access county-specific pages with local data, priorities, health improvement strategies and resources
- Track progress towards county goals
- Access a guide to conducting a community health needs assessment
The work of Healthy Northeast Ohio is supported by a three-year grant from the HealthComp Foundation. The HealthComp Foundation was established in 2016 through funding from a prior business venture of The Center for Health Affairs’ for-profit affiliate, HealthComp, Inc. The mission of the HealthComp Foundation is to accelerate a healthy community through high-quality healthcare services, community partnerships and investment. Healthy Northeast Ohio is also supported by financial contributions from several hospitals, healthcare systems, and local health departments. Healthy Northeast Ohio was launched through a partnership between The Cuyahoga County Board of Health, who serves as the fiscal agent, and The Center for Health Affairs, who provided project management. The website is currently managed by The Cuyahoga County Board of Health, who works in partnership with the community to protect and improve the health and well-being of everyone in Cuyahoga County. As the leading advocate for Northeast Ohio Hospitals, The Center for Health Affairs has served as the collective voice of hospitals for more than 100 years.
